ConVista and Eos Venture Partners Form Strategic Partnership

Partnership helps insurance companies get ahead of digital disruption

ConVista Consulting A. G., a global IT and business consulting firm with offices in 14 countries, has partnered with Eos Venture Partners (or “Eos”), a leading InsurTech investor with offices in London, Philadelphia and Palo Alto, to help insurance companies get ahead of digital disruption.

Eos Venture Partners is an InsurTech investor known for bridging the divide between the traditional insurance markets and the rapidly expanding markets for insurance startups.  Eos has invested in six of the leading InsurTech startups, and is working with ConVista Consulting A. G. (or “ConVista”) to help these startups work with insurance companies to effectively implement and integrate these solutions.

“The insurance industry is going through unprecedented change and our clients are looking to us to help them make the right decisions on which technology to grow their business,” said Martin Hinz, Co-CEO of ConVista, continuing, “working with Eos we are able to keep abreast of this rapidly changing environment and leverage their expert insight into the top technologies.”

Eos is an “insurer-focused” InsurTech investor, and looks for those technologies that insurance companies can use to grow and optimize their business. “By working with ConVista, the companies that we invest in, like RightIndem and DigitalFinePrint, can put their energy into developing their software, while using ConVista to focus on the critical task of implementation and systems integration,” said Jonathan Kalman, General Partner, Eos.

“Another critical benefit of working with ConVista is that our portfolio companies can pre-integrate with OneDigitalOffice, ConVista’s leading digital front office platform,” added Sam Evans, founder and General Partner of Eos, “Giving insurance companies a huge advantage when trying to lower the cost of service or add new business onto the books faster.”

OneDigitalOffice is a leading digital front office platform that is the first solution to provide the ability to have digital access to any product via any channel, quickly and cost-effectively.  Built upon a Java-based architecture, OneDigitalOffice encompasses a broad range of business functionality, including origination, binding, billing, first notice of loss, and claim handling.
